You will work directly with the founders and see your creative tied to real-time performance metrics.
What You Will Own
Amazon creative – main images, A+ content, brand store assets, comparison charts.
DTC funnels – landing pages, split-test variants, email headers, paid-ad creatives for Meta and TikTok.
Packaging & inserts – labels, shipper boxes, unboxing collateral that compels UGC.
Brand stewardship – expand style guides, refine typography, color systems, iconography.
Rapid iteration – prioritize and deliver multiple projects on overlapping timelines.
Must-Have Skills
4+ years in product or marketing design for supplements, cosmetics, or CPG.
Mastery of Adobe CC and Figma.
Proven understanding of direct-response principles.
Obsession with typography, color, and layout that jump off crowded marketplaces.
Comfortable making design calls from A/B data.
Work cadence overlapping at least four hours with US Eastern time.
Awareness of current market trends
Fully immersed in the creative side of ecommerce
Nice-to-Haves
Motion graphics for short-form video ads.
Basic 3D rendering for photorealistic scenes.
Experience codifying brand guidelines into Canva for non-design teammates.
Tool Stack
Slack, WhatsApp, Figma, Google Workspace.
Compensation
USD 2 000 – 3 000 net per month
Fully remote, preference for UTC-4 to UTC-1 time zones.
Contractor or W-2, depending on jurisdiction.
Trial Task
Shortlisted candidates will:
Re-skin 3 existing Amazon main images with a fresh visual angle (assets provided).
Submit source files plus a brief Loom explaining your choices.
